More than just froyo
MELT was born out of a love for simple, but genuinely good flavors. Behind it are Roman and his business partner Aaron - two people for whom food is not just food, but an experience.
Made with 100% natural ingredients, our froyo is low in sugar, high in protein, and crafted from real yogurt - never powder. Every sauce and topping is made in-house. Alongside froyo, we offer a curated champagne selection by the glass, barista-crafted coffee and matcha, a rotating range of desserts, both warm and cold options, and fresh, satisfying sandwiches during the week.
From pop-up to café
MELT started in 2025 as a pop-up at Balti Jaam Market. It was a place where we experimented, learned, and saw how much people genuinely connected with what we were creating.
This year, we took the next step and opened our own space in Telliskivi - a place where people can slow down for a moment, enjoy something good, and just be.
MELT is not just a place to grab something to go.
It’s a place where you can pause for a moment.
Where the light hits just right, people smile, and everything feels a little simpler.
It’s not perfect - and it doesn’t need to be.
It’s real. A little spontaneous, a little chaotic, but full of good energy.
It’s where friends meet, quick stops turn into longer stays, and you end up lingering a bit more than you planned.
